Paramore

An illustration I did of the band Paramore. The idea of the glowing lantern attracting the moths was inspired by the album artwork for Brand New Eyes, which features a butterfly.

The vector illustration of the band was done in Freehand using the pen tool, and I coloured it in Photoshop using the Colour Balance effect.

I also used some scanned textures in Photoshop to help create the glow effect around the lantern, and I used the brush tool to create subtle highlights on the bodies.
